What the key tasks will look like
As a Human Resources Intern, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing a comprehensive wellbeing program for our employees. You will also be responsible for tracking and analysing data to identify trends and implement strategies to improve employee attendance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Wellbeing Program Development:
- Conduct research on best practices in employee wellbeing programs.
- Identify the specific needs and priorities of our workforce.
- Develop a comprehensive wellbeing program that includes initiatives such as stress management, work-life balance, the right to disconnect from work and mental health support.
- Absenteeism Follow-Up:
- Collect and analyze absenteeism data to identify patterns and trends.
- Track and document employee absences.
- Coordinate with the HR Business Partners of the company to address absenteeism issues and implement actions.
- Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, filing, and report preparation.
- Participate in HR meetings and projects as needed.
Required skills and competencies
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in employee wellbeing and workplace health.
- Fluency in Dutch or French, and English
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
