What the key tasks will look like

As a Human Resources Intern, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing a comprehensive wellbeing program for our employees. You will also be responsible for tracking and analysing data to identify trends and implement strategies to improve employee attendance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Wellbeing Program Development:
    • Conduct research on best practices in employee wellbeing programs.
    • Identify the specific needs and priorities of our workforce.
    • Develop a comprehensive wellbeing program that includes initiatives such as stress management, work-life balance, the right to disconnect from work and mental health support.
  • Absenteeism Follow-Up:
    • Collect and analyze absenteeism data to identify patterns and trends.
    • Track and document employee absences.
    • Coordinate with the HR Business Partners of the company to address absenteeism issues and implement actions.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, filing, and report preparation.
    • Participate in HR meetings and projects as needed.

Required skills and competencies

  • Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in employee wellbeing and workplace health.
  • Fluency in Dutch or French, and English
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
